Whether for restaurants, hotels, caterers, or events such as weddings, banquets, and corporate cocktails, we offer varied assignments in stimulating environments. We are looking for experienced chefs to join our team and lead kitchen operations with rigor and creativity.
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities in the kitchen.
- Develop menus and recipes in collaboration with the teams.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the dishes served.
- Manage and train the kitchen team to ensure excellent execution.
- Handle orders and control inventory to optimize costs.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a perfect customer experience.
Profile Sought:
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Experienced as a chef (minimum 5 years of experience).
- Creative and passionate about gastronomy.
- Organized, rigorous, and skilled in team management.
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining impeccable quality.
- Bilingual in English/Dutch (a plus).
- Available in the evening, weekends, and on holidays.
