Art’work Interim is a company specializing in providing personnel for the hospitality and event management sectors. We collaborate with restaurants, hotels, caterers, and events such as weddings, banquets, and corporate cocktails.
As part of our development, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated recruiter to manage recruitment processes and assist our clients with their staffing needs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify the recruitment needs of our clients.
- Write and distribute attractive job offers.
- Actively search for candidates through various channels (social media, databases, etc.).
- Organize and conduct interviews with candidates.
- Evaluate candidates’ skills and verify their references.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain an up-to-date database and create a talent pool.
- Collaborate closely with the sales teams to respond quickly to client needs.
Profile Sought:
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Passionate about recruitment and talent management.
- Excellent at building relationships and capable of connecting with candidates and clients.
- Organized and proactive.
- Proficient in computer tools and recruitment platforms.
- Bilingual in English/Dutch (a must).
- Previous experience in recruitment or personnel management is preferred.
